  • Legislative advocacy-federal and state
  • Cross-registration in selected courses and departments for students, faculty and staff at member institutions
  • Mini-grants for cooperative initiatives among members’ faculty and staff
  •  Internships for college students in Consortium programs
  • Civic engagement with corporate community in Hartford to support workforce development through higher education
